အကယ္၍ သင္သည္ NGO မ်ားတြင္ အလုပ္လုပ္ျခင္ေနပီဆုိ လွ်င္
သင္ဘယ္အပုိင္းကုိ စိတ္ဝင္စားတာ လဲ တစ္ကယ္လုပ္ျခင္တာ တစ္ကယ္ဝါသနာပါတာလား မိမိကုိယ္ကုိ အရင္ အနည္းဆုံး တစ္ေခါက္ေလာက္ ျပန္ဆန္းစစ္ၾကည့္ပါဦး ေသခ်ာပီဆုိ လွ်င္ေတာ့မွ အလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္ပါ။
ဘာေၾကာင့္လဲ သင္ကုိ NGO အလုပ္ေတြက ဘာအာမခံခ်က္မွ ေပးနုိင္မည္မဟုတ္ပါ အဖြဲ႔ အစည္းအႀကီးႀကီးမ်ားမွသာ ပင္စင္ဆုိတာမ်ိဳးက ရွိတက္ၾကတာပါ။ သာမန္ အဖြဲ႔ အစည္း မ်ားတြင္ေတာ့မရွိတာက မ်ားပါသည္။ လစာေတာ့ ေကာင္းတာ မွန္ပါသည္။ ေရရွည္အတြက္ေတာ့ သင္ကုိ ေပးမွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး ။ NGO အမ်ားစုသည္ Project မ်ားျဖင့္ သြားသည္ျဖစ္ေသာေၾကာင့္ အနည္းဆုံး ၁ ႏွစ္မွသည္ ၃ ႏွစ္ စီမံကိန္းမ်ာ်းသာ အမ်ားဆုံးအေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ၾကသည္က မ်ားသည္။ ထုိ႔ေၾကာင့္ စီမံကိန္း ၿပီးစီးသြားလွွ်င္ေတာ့ သင္အနည္းဆုံး စီမံကိန္း ၿပီးစီးသည္ဆုိလွ်င္ေတာ့ အလုပ္ျပန္ရွာရသည့္ ဒုကၡ တစ္နည္း စိတ္ဖိစီးမႈေတာ့ အနည္းဆုံးခံရမည္။ အေဝးေရာက္သူမ်ားဆုိလွ်င္ ပုိ၍ စိတ္ဖိစီးမႈပုိ၍ မ်ားမည္။ အိမ္ေဝး၍ အိမ္ကုိ လြမ္းသည့္ စိတ္ဖိစီးမႈ ၊ အလုပ္မွ ဖိစီးမႈ၊ ပတ္ဝန္က်င္မွ ဖိစီးမႈ ေတြမ်ား ႏွင့္ သင္ခံစားရေပဦးမည္ျဖစ္သည္။
