Yes, but look at it this way.
You upvoted my comment to .01. If the troll comes along and downvotes the comment to -50, Healers would have to raise 50.01 in order to get it back to its previous state. I'm saying instead, just upvote another comment. That way, the fighters actually get the reward and will be able to power it up and become more effective fighters.
Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
