Yesterday I was not in a mood to do anything. I spent some time making my blogs and then later kept fiddling with my phone and then by evening I was getting a headache. I realized that I had spent my whole day mindlessly on the screen not doing anything productive. It's ok once in a way to be unproductive but not in this manner. Actually, I started with cleaning up my photo gallery which took a long time and then after that clearing up other folders and then just scrolling insta and fb reels and then playing games. How addictive these things can get. One after other. But one thing was good that I could clear a lot of junk from my phone and all my folders are completely organized. My photo gallery has been well organized with folders. I wanted to do all of this for a long time but the thought of spending so much time was making me push away. Yes, and at the same time after doing all of this clearing I was still hooked on to the gadget with games and reels.
When hubby came home in evening for work he asked me what did you do, and my reply was nothing...hehehe, and I was also looking like a zombie, so he said, now go to sleep :-) Whenever I spend such days, by the end of the day I feel more tired and exhausted then a normal working day. I feel like my energy is drained out completely, and also end up with a headache. So much screen time is surely not good and I say and follow it all the time but then there are some days when I slip off.
Because of the headache I slept early and today morning I could wake up fresh and the resolution for the next few days is to keep away from my phone as much as possible....hehehe and to do productive things. It happens to a lot of us, our mobile phones are addicting once you start it's difficult to keep them aside. Even though we know that it is not very good we keep going on and on with it. The same happens with other things also in life, whatever is not very healthy for us we enjoy that the most. Seriously smartphones make us dumb :-)
Anyways today is a good start of the day with my Meditation and gardening routines and now on my blog and later quite a lot of house work to do. Keeping it short for today, wishing everyone a wonderful day ahead.
