In the early days of the internet, trolls were quick to emerge.
Now social media is rife with angry twitter mobs, social justice warriors and all kinds of viewpoint pushers and debate silencers... from the passive aggressives to outright aggressives, bullies and the clearly insane.
They have had a fun time on the generally lawless wild west of the internet frontier. Some have been watching and learning, honing their narratives and manipulating public and other opinion.
Now the mobs, having perfected their strategies and tactics online are finding success in real life. The same mobocracy that rules and shapes social media has emerged with great success and popularity with its characteristic tactics of labeling, blaming and shouting down the opposition.
