Buenas buenas les presento un fruto que nos ofrece en su parte medicinal el agua como suero , puede ser consumido por personas que padecen de diabetes gracias a su bajo contenido de azúcar , de el se extrae un aceite muy bueno para el cabello y por otra parte es muy utilizado en la gastronomía , con el se preparan muchos postre y comidas de echo para los maracuchos es especial en la preparación de chivo al coco plato que los identifica muchisimo .
