Okay, if you are a busy momma and you simply can't find time to workout, then this video is for you. In my Wildly Alive weightloss program, I've plenty of hectic mommas and I hear the same excuse repeatedly. "I do not have enough time to work through." And I'm here to show that is wrong. It's exactly about taking those time chunks you are doing and making them worth it. Thus I'm gonna show you a couple of workouts that can be done anywhere. I'm gonna do it right in my living room. You could fit in whenever you have it. Here in my own living room, I´m messing with my toddlers. They are back at my left-hand corner. Those tend to be my puppies -- my kiddies for now. So let's get going here. We're gonna start with leg squats. Thus I would like you to lean against your couch. You may need a pillow pinning how tall you might be. I'm sorts of quick, therefore I never actually need it but I would like to model it here. And that means you're gonna relax below and sitting in the chair for instance. And the affirmation let me reveal, "I model the life my kiddies deserve." "I model the life my kiddies deserve." Which is a very great affirmation to actually encourage you to make time for you. Keep that stomach option nice and tight into the spine. And today we move into our small dance celebration baby. Therefore get-up and dance with me here. Let us keep that heart beating that basically challenges your vascular system as the best cardio is so much enjoyable. Put your hands inside wind as well as your legs going.
