Another monday strength workout.
Ditched the 16 rep and started on the heavier 12 rep sets.
Unfortunately it seems like i would need to stay at 12 rep sets again next week because i found another muscle imbalance movement on my left arm.
Rehab on my left side has been going on for nearly a decade with having not enough knowledge about proper biomechanics and also unfortunate enough to not get proper specialist help.
Just still gotta deal with it and grind on.
