Its monday workout time!

Just came back from a pretty disappointing tournament week and had to release some steam. 🤯🤯 Kept the same weight as last monday workout to get back into the groove.

5 sets of :

Curl-squat-press 12rep with 15lbs

Walking lunges 12 rep with 25lbs

Renegade row 12 rep with 15lbs
