Hard Fork will be split at block 1,529,810 (~14.03.2018).
Holders (who hold XMR on the official wallet, while information about support crypto-currency exchanges unknown, maybe this hard fork will be support YoBit) can receive MoneroV coins with rate 1 XMR --> 10 XMV after hard fork.
     The main difference from the original Monero --> The main difference from the original coin is that MoneroV will have a limited coins, only 256 mln. Also, MoneroV don't will be have problems with scalability.
