this app I feature here called Lucktastic was something I stumbled upon back in 2014 when I started getting back into bitcoin and I wanted to see what apps could make you extra money, and this one was interesting with its virtual scratcher feature and its ability to let you win easily redeemable rewards like 5 dollar Amazon gift cards even after you lose A LOT, you still earn their lucktastic non crypto tokens which you can then stack up to redeem the gift cards etc... they also let you redeem cash with PayPal, other apps and even a freaking check in the mail.... they even have live Instagram vide streams where they give iut large amounts of money to their users
Honestly you can play this thing without spending a dime and they make you watch ads or fill our surveys but I believe its healthier than encouraging a real lottery ticket keep scratcher habit which is just low reward high risk gambling for consumers.
Now I have no links for you to go download lucktastic even though I really should, but instead I want to get steemians into the idea if developing their OWN steem powered websites app or even custom discord that works like lucktastic . Heck I could even ask @aggroed about a custom scotbot site and what he thinks about this sort or game where you can win prizes for trading your time watching ads and surveys combined with scratchers and an internal token system which I dont want to allow to become pay to win, it will ALL be luck based or time.based... even if we do use steem engine for our version of lucktastic points users win just for playing, it can be tightly controlled price wise just like @steemmonsters does with dark energy crystals or steem monsters team token.
Here are all the competitors apps so imagine a steem based app for making money which can actually provide every player with at least a little bit of some steem engine tokens and maybe some free 1 cent steem upvotes so maybe we cna at least give everyone some steem who plays our game and a steem account.... many of the "make money online" apps are just border line scams
At least with our lucktastic clone on steem.we can follow an established working method like @picokernal 's friend @quiznos or whatever that was he had a quiz website thing that paid people in some groupon method... it was some sort if group raffle thing
Anyway when @kyle brings back his @steemroller steem casino which I personally made profit off, I can see Kyle being interested in having a scotbot steem engine community with loyalty points for anyone who loses on his game, and if they save up an ungodly amount if loser tokens they can redeem then for a free steamroller upvote for a few pennies I mean theres no way he could ever be at a loss or loose money with a system like that
Lucktastic uses this to unlock the first prize of a free Amazon gift card so you ned to play for a few months to get a garunteed 5 dollar Amazon card .. we could do the same but for 1 steem or 1 weedcash tokens
Theres so many possibilities where we can sell ads and surveys inside the app and let people play scratchers after they use the app long enough, with people able to post their winnings on steem when they do win, not like drugwars where you can share your losses..
So my point is not to promote lucktastic, but to create a lucktastic based on steem where we can pay out users insteem.and create services to cash that steem out in products like paywithsteem once tried but we need something more legit run out of the US and not out of the UK by a mystery person lol. We need a catalog you can browse through and pay with steem and only get charges an extra percent more than if you used coinbase at 3% so 5% should be all you have to pay extra to "paywithsteem" not the exuberant prices that site was offering that no one would wanna pay. The site didnt even work anyway
We need a site that lets you spend your steem.on Amazon and that shouldnt be so hard, I don't wanna hear about stolen Amazon gift cards... we shouldnt be buying amazon gift cards anywhere but from an official vendor or the official Amazon website. So let's get some solutions and let's make a lucktastic prize for surveys and ads app going....
