Yep, stocks are down and so is CapitalOne (both the banking side and trading side) :). Greg, Haven't the markets been distorted for many years now? Also, isn't Consumer Sediment in February at the 2nd Highest in the past 14 years (per Market Watch this morning)--Bearish???
