After having there wings clipped over the fraud charges being brought to four executives including its former ceo john varley, with the qatar deal, barclays it may appear are looking at ways to convince the fca that it is time to bring in to play crypto currencies for the overall benefits of its financial market? well reading between the few lines, there is no mention they are talking decentralized or centralized crypto's but of course bitcoin is! now the fca says that it is not saying it would bring bitcoin in to play but maybe an equivalent? now what could that be i wonder? as they do mention blockchain and fintech, and this will be used with there centralized digital currency like others have done, we have all heard of ripple and know what it is right! and we know that bitcoin and most others are decentralized and that they cannot do anything about that, so maybe we are starting to see a kind of dualism market taking shape?
As like most things in life, innovation creativity with its entrepreneur's! a free market must exist without the large corporate mafia taking over full control otherwise.. they will kill the golden goose! and i feel that is what exactly has happened over the past few decades, maybe they are coming to there senses? maybe not? we will see.

Maybe it will work
