Just many crypto options in general. For example, we mainly just have Coinbase for going from crypto to fiat. Also, there aren't any debit cards that support altcoins in the USA, only bitcoin debit cards. Little things like that, where you type in your country and it says "We are sorry, but this service is not available in your country". They're starting to regulate more and more here in the states /:
