This is very true and you are right about buying low and selling high, or if you have the assets, just buying and holding. It's definitely been a test for me to invest right before the market dropped a few weeks ago and see everything i invested plummet, but it's also not stopped me from continuing to invest, especially since the market is cheaper and cheaper. I'll just buy and hold and put my investments in stocks that i believe will be valuable in the long run.
