In Amsterdam most places still accept cash but there are a bunch of places that only accept cards and have an attitude about it. At the moment the most negative trend with cash is ATMs slowly disappearing (and depositing cash in your bank account is even harder). At least that is what it looks like but I do not have precise numbers.
