To those stuck in Bitcoin... (I am not a financial advisor, and I don't give financial advice...) What I would do is diversify in to other cryptos. EOS is a great coin, you WILL make your money back, in-fact it will double soon. Litecoin is almost putting in a bottom, we are at a good entry point. Many of us expect Litecoin to Double very soon. Golem doubled in one day... Look for bargains, learn to read charts, cut your loses, become a professional trader, be patient, don't make emotional moves. You have to lose money to learn how to do it right. Good luck!
