Hello steemians,
In my last post I wrote on the first quadrant and the core value that defines the business people in that quadrant. In todays section I will be writing on the second quadrant business people, the core value and mindset of the people in this group.
Before I commence I hope you got the basic information that affected you postively which I believe will cause a shift in the way you think about money, business and even your blogging on steemit as a community.
For today we will be looking at the "S" Quadrant which stands for small business owner or the self employed and again their core values will cause them to use the same words which are, "If you want it done right, do it yourself." They have what I call the self syndrome, they love to go solo, they love to just do everything themselves, somtimes I perceive them to perfectionist. Generally, one person act, they operate by themselves.
From the pictorial view we had above in our previous post you get to discover that the quadrant is divided into two equal halves. On the left side of the quadrant is the ES and on the right side quadrant is the BI. This two sides of the quadrant is divided by the way they view business and income which reflects on the way they earn. And I must say "the difference is clear" in the above left side we have been able to explain so far.
Now dont get me wrong on this.. Its always good to start out small in life virtually in every endeavour ranging from biological growth, business, academics and what have you. Life is in stages and process but where it becomes an "error" is remaining their for too long. That is the case of the left side of the quadrant "ES" (Employee and Self-Employed).
The business operates when they are around and the reverse when they are not around.
Robert Kiyosaki, the author of the "Rich Dad Series" talked about this in his book "The Rich Dad Poor Dad" where he elaborated on this subject matter. I strongly recommend the book for everyone. I bet you when you study this book you paradigm will have a total shift and your view of money and the way you earn it will change drastically.
According to Kiyosaki early on in his life it was his poor dad who always said to him "You know Robert, go to school, get a high paying job...." does that line ring bell? I dropped similar stuff in my first post. To cut the whole long story short, he broke the rule and today he is an international Financial educator (I will write on this very soon).
On this note I will be making you understand that breaking the rules pays when it come to doing what is different from the dogma we have always placed ourselves in.
Final words for you today is "THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX"
I am me @brightfame.
