I hope it works out well too :). Theres been some maintenance stuff from the start but it looks like it should be fixed and ill put money into keeping the place up to snuff.

    I truly believe that after a period of time the place should start to get fit and you know that if you take care of things on time they are cheaper and less likely to get complicated.
