Here is his 11 Passive Income ideas:

• Investing
  You need to learn to save first. You can do it with your current income. You just need to spend less and put money away every month. The best way I know to do this is to pay yourself first. That means, as soon as you get paid, take 10% or any amount of that and put it aside before you start paying your bills.

• Peer to Peer lending
  You are the bank. So instead of someone going to the bank for a loan, they come to you and you charge then interest. Jeff recommends Lending Club and Prosper.

• Deal and Surveys sites
  Jeff recommend checking out Swagbucks, Inboxdollars and Mysurvey. You shop anyway so you might as well shop smart and save money.

• Cash Back Reward Points
  Credit Cards have great reward deals as soon as you are a member. Have a look at them again and use the rewards they offer. It adds up fast.

• Stock Photo Royalties
  This can be fun and rewarding it you like to take photo’s.

• Patreon
  Patreon is a membership platform that provides business tools for creators to run a subscription content service, as well as ways for artists to build relationships and provide exclusive experiences to their subscribers, or "patrons.

• Write a Book
  This takes a lot of work in the beginning, but when it is finished you get sales every month.

• Sell Physical Products
  This can be anything. All you need to do is to promote it online like Amazon FBA program.

• Real Estate
  This did not work well for Jeff, but is my personal favourite. There are many ways to do it, but you need savings to get started and you can build on it. Real Estate will always be in demand but get educated first.

• Publish content and run ads
  That is like creating video’s on Youtube and monetising it to run Youtube ads on it. Or create a blog and place ads on it.

• Start a blog
  This is the same to me as Publish content. Jeff started in 2008 and that shows you persistence pays off over time.

• Create your own online Course

I like this one, but you need to find something your like and can teach someone else. And there must be a demand for it.

One thing that came to mind was Steemit. I don’t think Jeff knows anything about steemit, yet. This will be a great no 12 to add to his list. Or he can take away Blogging and Creating Content and replace it with Steemit. Steemit is much easier to do and more profitable.
