Earning by Saving on Your Purchases

The best way to earn is to minimize your spending. I admit, I like eating out once in a while. But that does not mean I will just spend without thinking.

Burger from Shake Shack, drinks from Costco

For instance, yesterday, we ate at Shake Shack to enjoy a double burger. To save, I did not order any drinks or fries. I did get their triple filtered water to wash out their tasty, “100% all-natural Angus beef, vegetarian fed, humanely raised” burger. But still, you want something else to erase the lingering taste. So I crossed the street to find some dark chocolate or a healthy drink in CVS. Nothing under $2. Everything is over $3 and unhealthy.

Well, if I will dish out $2, I’d rather get something worth is. So I walked to a nearby Costco and bought their famous beef hotdog and unlimited drinks for $1.50. Mouth craving solved. Saved and got to walk off some burger calories. It is really okay to Crave, Eat then Repeat as this shirt from Amazon said. But please do stop and think of what you can save from time to time.

Saving $49+ at CVS - See Receipts

I know, it is way easier to just order drinks with burger and most people do. I just have this mindset of extending the buying power of dollars. This mindset made me save $49.11 at CVS a few days ago and pay $0 for my Epson Bath Salts two days later. Look at the picture above and you'll see my receipts. How about you?
