Another mashup - VIT launch, Openledger, Litepay, Nvidia

Good morning readers, lets jump right in and see what's new around us.

VIT launch

The long-awaited touch.tube platform (previosly known as Vice tube) has now a date set. Witnesses are coming online as of August 28th this year and on the 5th of September, touch.tube will go live. Are you ready?

Openledger

Openledger lost my transfer but luckily managed to return my lost funds after 12 days. Only thing I have to say to all exchanges is why the hell do I have to wait for my own money for 2 weeks if you acknowledge losing it on the first day? Props go to Openledger customer support who is polite and helpful, though.

Litecoin & Litepay

Remember when Litepay was canceled and it sent Litecoin tumbling? It turned out that Litepay was nothing but a guy named Kenneth. Well, there's speculation afoot (can't name any specific sources yet), that a new and improved Litepay 2.0 is in works.

That would be awesome news and lets hope this time it has greater success. Godspeed.

Nvidia says goodbye to cryptos and mining

Nvidia is leaving the mining and cryptocurrency world - according to themselves their future plans involve no cryptocureencies at all, at this moment.

Due to small revenues, declines in cryptocureency prices and profits from mining, Nvidias revenue on that front has been dropping as well, as interest in Nvidia crypto-specific products has failed to justify itself.

Well, here's to hoping that all good GFX cards prices will also drop along with less prfits from mining.
