Hi steemit friends🤗.I need your help.

Can anyone,please,tell me,STEP BY STEP,how can i take out money from my steemit account?I tryed with Bittrex and i read here also but it is too complicate for me,i just can't do it.
Please somebody tell me a easy way,like for a beginner like me.
