A very good friend of mine who I discuss crypto, stocks, and other investments with told me something they heard. They usually hang out with a ton of wealthy people in the tech industry. After this small advice it impacted me in a new way to think about money and how I purchase goods. The quote she heard was this "If you can't buy five of them, you can't afford one of them". I try to save as much as possible but having this mindset when making purchases has altered my mindset greatly. I hope it speaks to you the same way it spoke to me.
