REMINDER! Just because labor is cheap doesn't mean it's more efficient or turns out a better product.

For example...Foreign based call centers. Why do you think so many American companies are bringing those jobs back despite it being cheaper to have a call center in Manila as opposed to Phoenix or Atlanta? It's because of the fact that, despite being lower cost, the customer service people in Manila can't speak English very well and the customers who are supposed to get help complained so much that the companies had NO CHOICE but to bring those jerbs back.

Cheaper isn't always better.
