Greg year over year the FEED Balance sheet is down . The normalization is apparently being out into effect.
Feb 23 2017 =$ 4.514 Trillion
Feb 22 2018 $4.458 Trillion

Here is another link that explains the normalization program. Where the first assets to come off the balance sheet is not until Oct 31st when the treasures expired.

Just look at the last data vs the year before. It is higher.

I can see it is higher with your reports. However, they are not the most recent balance sheet reports published from the FED. If you look at the most recent data from the FED is is actually going down even when you compare year over year as my numbers show above in my comments and you can find them in the link to the FED's website which I also provided.
