As we all know Hong Kong-based Bitfinex, where many users had stored the virtual currency to be used in transactions, said it lost up to $65m (£49m) in an attack.
Bitfiniex announced yesterday that it will reduce balances by 36% to distribute losses amongst all users.

Today Bitfinex has announced that it will give a bounty of ~5900 bitcoin (5% of recovery ) if you can find info on it.

Why isn't there a popular decentralized exchange?

Because people like the security of proper businesses. Erm... The feeling of security? Hell... Maybe it's just fun to lose money?

3.5mil? Maybe they should put this towards paying back their own customers...

Tempting news. Hope they will find the funds. But chances in crypto world are too small for that.

I hope they get caught. I was lucky enough to dodge the Goxxing and got out of Cyptsy by taking a big loss. These hacks are demoralizing the community.

I hope it will find out who did it

Can I have the money anyway?
No idea where it is?
