Thanks for this and all of the youtube vids. You're a lifesaver as I am so disabled as to be out of work. My muscle condition is very painful and if the economy does go the way of the Dodo bird I will literally owe my quality of life and physical happiness to you and all of the Amigos in Prepared-Ville. There will be so much homelessness and unhappiness, it's going to be tough to see...
