Eyes On The Stock Market Because More Losses May Be Coming. Here's Why. By Gregory Mannarino

6/27/2017.
Today's stock market action was more than a little eyebrow raising.

Today we watched the US dollar plunge, and we also had a rebound in crude oil. The other place where there was action is in the bond market, with a 10 year yield now touching 2.20 and the tech sector also got hammered.

Earlier in the day I initially opened up a new unhedged call position on under armor (UA) however, as the day progressed I did take up a hedge. I also bought calls on ticker USO, unhedged with A September expiration date and a strike price of $8.50. Today I also added to my calls on ticker SLV. See all my current positions, click here: https://www.traderschoice.net/money-page--stock-picks.html

*If you are a trader, I do outline how to hedge your positions quickly and easily in this publication, click here: http://www.lulu.com/shop/gregory-mannarino/options-trading-a-simple-effective-way-to-hedge-your-trades-includes-a-new-technical-trading-system/ebook/product-23108108.html

I believe it is important for us to all keep a close eye on this market, because the level of complacency is truly off the charts. Moreover, today's spike in volatility may mean more losses lie ahead for this market.

Thanks for the update Greg. I also think today's crypto market action was eyebrow moving. Take a look at this overall crypto move as illustrated by the TaiFu Index. I'm breathing a little bit easier now, but this morning I was really squirming.

Snapshot from http://taifuindexes.com/

It was, and I went off on it a bit in the video I did earlier today. Wild day overall.

Here's a quick blog about the TaiFu index, in case you're interested: https://steemit.com/crypto/@infinite-monkey/taifu-index-gives-insight-into-overall-crypto-market-action

In principle, one may not need to be overly anxious re the crypto market - if one is there for a longer term. In some years from now imho crypto and underlying technologies will hopefully be a multi-trillion market, amongst other things because of its spectacular usability, reliability and efficiencies. Perhaps more and more in contrast to the traditional money markets?

Agreed - I think it's a healthy correction

Thanks for the heads-up, I'll go check out your video now.

Don't u just wish someone could put u into a coma and wake up a year later? (and find out that your wife has gone off with your neighbour and u made a bunch in cryptos so u can afford expensive hookers)

Well, for those of us who have been in crypto since the beginning, it looks like one more day in Bitcoin land :)

My gut's been telling me more red is coming, but my gut doesn't know anything about crypto markets really.

I just got Bitcoin yesterday. Jumped in with a whopping 25 dollars. I believe in learning by doing. I can get used to how it works and move small amounts around without worrying about losing big because I did something stupid. Wasn't all that difficult, just different!

I almost choked on all the steem that was coming out of the market.

I think Soros and the elites are planning a dump to scare people out and for them to collect more... Hodl!!!

It seems that the man with the palindromic name is preparing his own depart from this world...

Maybe now he is scared that he does not have the time to enjoy the crash and cover his short positions... ;-)

Do you play earning report before or after? If you do before, how do you go about gathering the data or do you go with the crowd

Greg I have as well as many, followed you for years, and I love the work you do Day in and out.
I have picked up and am reading Edward Griffins
The creature from Jeckle island and I wish all of your subscribers to at least look into it.
It's eye opening and explains a lot of what you say and what's going on.

Sounds interesting, I gonna grab a copy lol. I would also recommend to anyone to read any of gregory's books like "The Politics of Money" 2nd edition

My call is a significant correction in August. The markets will have a small "crash" then. This will not be the moment of reckoning, though. After the August correction, the markets will recover. After that, I have no opinion. Keep a look out in August to short.

Hi Greg, Great video on explaining everything that was going on today. As always A+ !! Question for you...With everything you do on your website,YouTube,Steemit, and the markets, and I'm sure you do even more...brother do you ever sleep?? :C) Keep up the GREAT JOB!!

haven't been watching you for long but I love your videos and I look forward to them every day. My trust in you grows by the day as I see that you know what you are talking about. I'm 32 and I have never had faith in our government or our banks. I only keep enough in my bank account to cover my expense's. I feel like a crash in going to happen soon.. Over and out.

Keep the reports coming. Good info. Just jumped into bitcoin. Well more like I stuck my big toe in.. Lear by doing!!! LOL

Man, thanks for your time to sharing this ,great info ,cheers.

Thanks for the info love the time you put into this and I for one appreciate your work. Thanks and keep steeming.

The Nasdaq was down big today, but banks were bought. Are people shifting money from techs to financials? The dollar, stocks, and bonds all sold off today. Which one was wrong? LOL

It's all wrong. Nothing is real anymore.

It all depends on what the central bankers talk about during their morning breakfast.

Hi Greg. Thanks heaps for your info. It's great to know there are honest people who know the truth and are willing to share it. I've been following your work on Youtube and just joined Steemit!

Is it just me but I got a funny tingling in my funny bone, could this be the year when it all go down?

You the best I have been following for sometime you must be your own bank if you not you do not have clue. Thanks Mr. Mannarino for your market wisdom

I'm looking to buy around the Dow 16000 level. Small initial position. Hopefully we get there.

Hey, Greg. I am really looking forward to your ultimate smackdown of Janet Yellen on tomorrow's video for her comments today about it being unlikely we'll see any kind of cataclysmic economic event in our lifetimes. What fucking planet is this woman on?

She looks like Grandpa Munster in drag.

Thanks Greg. Upvoted, resteemed.

Yes, I agree more losses ahead.

I don't know bout' all this paper shit anymore. It's all a gamble. What is real though is metal, preferably silver and lead................ Buy some. You won't regret it.

It was nice to see a tiny increase in some of our stocks today. Thanks for the update Greg!

Thanks for the good info!

Meanwhile, Janet Yellen laughably says she "doesn't think we'll see another financial crisis in our lifetime", even while the head of Bank for International Settlements said we could be headed for a global recession that returns "with a vengeance". Dumbass Yellen...

She's using the Mario Draghi mantra that 'when it gets serious, you have to lie'

As always Greg, thanks for your relentless update in keeping an eye of what is going on with the market. Really appreciate it.

Thanks for the update

thanks Greg. upvoted and resteemed

if it's anything like the crypto sphere , I think I'm just going to burry my head in the sand.

Hi Gregory,
Have taken your advice and am now posting the results of my research on Steemit. Usually two lines per post, maybe a couple per week.
