Sorry I've been so quiet over the last week. I just wanted to provide an update on some stock picks and take a look at what I'm watching this week. Over the last few weeks I mentioned (ULTA) (AVGO) (NTES) (TSLA) and (NVDA). All 5 of these stocks have seen monster gains! Congrats to anyone who was able to take advantage of these moves. (ULTA) had a huge dip before earnings to $278 and then just hit $314 yesterday. (ULTA) had great earnings and is a great pick going forward. The stock dipped today to $307 which could be a good buying opportunity. The stock may fall further and bottom and then make another move higher. I bought some today at $309. (AVGO) had blowout earnings last week and made a monster move from $235 to $255. The stock looks strong and should be bought on weakness. (NTES) saw monster gains today and hit $305. I would consider buying some tomorrow. (TSLA) has moved up huge and just hit $359 today! Yesterday morning the stock was at $335. I would look for this to rest and maybe move down before getting in. This stock could move much higher but be careful. (NVDA) has also been moving up and should continue to do so. Be careful with (NVDA) as well as the stock has already made a huge move up. These stocks should generally move higher if the overall market holds up. Last week I also mentioned that I was short (SHOP). I covered that position with a loss (Can't win them all). I also said I did not recommend shorting the stock and that I was just testing the waters. Another stock that I'm looking at is (PLAY). (PLAY) fell after they reported good earnings numbers today and I added the stock at $68 in after hours.
As always be careful in this market as the market could turn down any day. The market is massively overvalued and continues to run higher based on nothing. Also do not expect Trump to be derailed. The failure of democrats to take him out will only send the markets higher. Democrats have nothing on him and most of their accusations are complete lies. I'm not taking any political side when I state these facts. I simply state what I see and how it will affect the markets.
