For months now it seems like all we've been hearing from our favorite (Subscribed favorites) on Youtube and such is that they are being demonetized for content that is not advertiser friendly. It seems to me that the answer to their problem can be found here with Steemit. They need to free themselves from the idea of advertisers being the key to their source of income and embrace a newer world. Yes, advertisers are a holdover from the 20th Century and even though at present still an important part of the our economic model, but cryptocurrencies and the block-chain technology have freed us and them from the shackles of the past. I think the answer is a resounding YES and Steemit sits at the starting gate's post position perfectly poised to alter the way business is conducted is the 21st Century.
To help get it going, I suggest that we contact our youtube and other social media content favorites and make sure they are at least aware of Steemit and, if not, help bring them to the Steemit platform.
