Following on from yesterdays post about Freelancing and outsourcing, i wanted to tell people about Fiverr. It is a fairly common site so many probably already know about it but if you don't; it is a site where you can do small tasks and provide a service for generally $5, however, there are ways to earn more on it. You can set the prices for extras and accept tips. Fiverr offers a whole host of activities you can provide to earn $5, from serious to stupid there are many avenues you can take.
Examples: provide voice overs, sing a song, graphic design, proof read something, write an article, write business plans, Teach etc. (There really is just about anything on there)
You will be surprised what people will pay $5 for, similarly what you can pay someone to do for $5.
You could also use it as an outsourcing channel, for example if you have a blog you could outsource articles to people on Fiverr, or outsource your graphic design needs. I have spent money on Fiverr getting voice overs and logos and also made money of Fiverr by writing short articles for people. Get creative and if you provide a good enough service then $100 a day will certainly be achievable over the long term, however, in the short term it may be a way of getting a little bit of extra cash.
So there is a short idea for today. Have a browse around Fiverr and come up with your own ideas of services you can provide.
