I've been on steemit for about a month and I learned something. Follow me/follow you doesn't work here like it does on other platforms.

Just be yourself, write good content (don't steal something from the internet) and write lots of thoughtful comments for other people.

Connect with them and show you care about them (you will make some awesome friends this way! I've met amazing people here already).

This will take you a lot further!

Also, use tags that are used on steemit. I'm not sure if "follow" is a tag, but probably many people won't see your post in that category.

If you are not doing a giveaway, tagging giveaway is not a good idea. Try a different tag and you will have better luck!
