Great insight, I recognize how important budgeting is, sometimes it hard to stick to it. maybe on your next post, you can give us tips on how to do that.

One of the things I found useful is to visualize them, make a summary of your weekly or monthly expenses and make an estimation of your budget according to your time frame of choice, put it in charts if you will, treat it like a business. doing this consistently would have a detrimental effect on our way of spending, a way of tricking our brain.
