ကိုယ္ဝန္ေဆာင္မိခင္တစ္ေယာက္အဖို႔ အေရးျကီးဆံုးလိုအပ္ခ်က္မွာ မိမိပါတ္ဝန္းက်င္ရွိမိသားစု ေဆြမ်ိဳး မိတ္ေဆြမ်ား၏ ဂရုစိုက္ေစာင့္ေရွာက္မႈအျပင္ က်န္းမာေရးဌာနမ်ားမွ ဆရာဆရာမ၏ ေႏြးေထြးေသာ က်န္းမာေရးဝန္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားလည္းမ်ားစြာလိုအပ္လွသည္။
ကိုယ္ဝန္စရွိေသာ မိခင္အသစ္စက္စက္ေလးတစ္ေယာက္အဖို႔ မိမိႏွင့္မိမိရင္ေသြးေလးအား ေကာင္းမြန္ေသာ က်န္းမာေရးဝန္ေဆာင္႐ရွိရန္ က်န္းမာေရးဌာနမ်ားရွိဆရာဝန္မ်ားႏွင့္ ေစာႏိုင္သမ်ွေစာေအာင္ ေရြးခ်ယ္ အပ္ႏွံထားျကမည္မွာ အမွန္ပင္ျဖစ္သည္။
