Right now the BNB token is an ERC 20 token. So it's on the Ethereum blockchain. You use Myetherwallet as wallet. But since they will no longer be using the Ethereum blockchain, it will no longer be an ERC 20 token, hence you can no longer use the Myetherwallet to store it.
