This is not a H&S at all.
I am new to steemit so i don't know how to upload a picture here, But if you look at the DOW JONES monthly chart, and draw two major FIBONACCI extensions, 1: from Mar. 2009 to Mar. 2015 and 2: from Oct. 2011 to Mar.2015, you will find major resistance at around 21,500 and then 21,650. Moreover RSI is very close to 80.
So, although i believe it will hit 21,500 and if that breaks, 21,650, I think that will be the more or less the top.
What do you think?
