I collect paper money from Canada and around the world. When I worked as a Financial Planner I put the Canadian 1937 paper money series framed on my wall and I was surprised that everyone who came into my office commented on the framed money. Below are pictures of one of my $1 Canada Bills from 1935 (Osborne-Towers). The portrait is of H.M. King George V who is Queen Elizabeth's grandfather. The back of the bill features an agriculture allegory, it has a seated female with agricultural tools and produce. It is in G condition and has a value of $20-$40 approx. In perfect condition it would be worth $1,200.

Ha! That's really cool man. As a Canadian, it's really cool to see that.
Also! You just blew my mind and made me think of the $2 bills we had in Canada before we had the "twoonie". I hadn't thought of those in ages! Thanks for taking me on a trip to the past hahaha

No problem, there were also $25 bills in Canada and even $500 bills back in the 30s. They are really cool but very rare. Physical money may soon not exist as we move more into using more digital currency in our society.

I know I like to collect cryptocurrencies as well. I have tried to get my hands on physical bitcoins, they are some nice ones from Casascius and Lealana.
