Yes and no.. It will be a faucet to get small amount of free steem and to play some steem gambling games like coin toss. you will also be able to store your coin until you want to withdraw. But do not use it as a wallet to store coin incase we get hacked .

To start steem we will put some but it will come from donations to keep it ad free. We put lots of work in so we not doing this for money . . . If not enough donations we will put some ads for other steemit based websites that people may want to promote. steemtree sounds nice tho. maybe i can call it steemtree? its got good ring to it.. Can I take that name for it karbonxx ?
