Hello,
This thought struck my mind a few days ago when I went to a nearby shop and saw a beggar trying to buy some stuffs but the shopkeeper was not accepting his money, thinking that it was a stolen money.
After some time the shopkeeper drove him away saying that he was a thief and if he didn't leave at once he will call the police. Now , this incident compelled me to think over a matter and that is actually what is very confusing and is a puzzle for me.
Two questions came into my mind after this incident. First was that -- What if the beggar have gone to the shopkeeper without money?
And the second -- Why the shopkeeper refused his money?
The first question and the second one both are contradictions to each other but this incident didn't seem to answer any of them. According to the first question , if the beggar had gone to the shopkeeper without any money then there was no way that the shopkeeper would have given him anything. But at the same time when he went there with money, the shopkeeper refused to accept it saying that it was stolen from someone or somewhere and therefore the beggar didn't get anything. Even though there was no proof that the beggar's money was strong from somewhere out someone.
This led me to think the other way round. MONEY . Is it everything? Maybe. But a person who is not capable to earn much, if he or she gathers that much money in one week or maybe in a month , is it just for others to label that money as a stolen money and publicly announced it declare the person to be a thief?
The one who doesn't have money is always in problem but what about the one who has enough? Is he or she really happy and enjoying it? The answer is simply NO . NO. They may say to you that they are happy and enjoying their life. But are they really??
I have seen, talked, stayed, worked with many wealthy people. They have everything that one can imagine. Big houses, sexy cars, pocket full of money, investments, great wine supply etc.
They are really so lucky , I used to think that till the day I used to see and admire them. But the day I met them, worked with them I felt like I am the lucky one. They are seriously wealthy but they don't have time for anything else except business. They don't have time to spend their own money. They don't go on vacations, parties, long rides, night-outs. They are living in hell.
And now what about the one who don't have anything.
There is no need to say that they are too living in hell.
Yes, and the sollution is a resource based economy...
