Have you been looking for ways to get into Real Estate Investment Trusts? Checkout a platform called Fundrise. Fundrise is an online real estate company that allows and encourages people like you and me to buy into private commercial and residential properties by pooling assets together. All of Fundrise’s current products are available to non-accredited investors, which is a plus in the accessibility column.

See the following Fundrise portfolios that you can select from based on your circumstances and goals.

Income eREIT: Focuses on debt investments in commercial properties
Growth eREIT: Focuses on commercial properties, particularly multifamily buildings, that will
appreciate over time
East Coast eREIT
Heartland eREIT
West Coast eREIT
For context, eREITs are limited liability companies that hold the real estate projects in a Fundrise portfolio. When you invest in Fundrise, you are actually buying shares of these companies, allowing you to diversify your portfolio.

Be sure to be proactive when searching each product. Fundrise is known to have fees associated with purchases and finding that information requires some digging.

Another product very similar to Fundrise that I encourage everyone reading this to participate in, is the Tulsa Real Estate Investment Fund (TREF). The two are very similar but TREF is focused on OUR communities! Be sure to do your research on each of these opportunities before making the commitment to invest for your money isn’t as liquid.
