He says people move in the order why - how - what?
First is what?
We know exactly what we are doing.
Next is how?
We know how to do it ourselves.
The most important thing is Why?
Human instincts may not be expressed in words, but they are often called as intuition.
There are two ways to move a person
To inspire others and adjust simply
But you can make people move, but you can't make them loyal
If you can give the other person the right reason, you can get them to agree with you.
It can bring about greater synergies as others share this belief.
Everything should start with the question " why "
Especially if you want to make a plan, stick to the " why " even more.
