The whole world saw the 12 boys and their soccer coach being rescued
alive after 17 desolated days trapped in a flooded murk cave in Thailand.
The question arises how were they able to keep themselves alive in deadly
murk cave with very less oxygen, wild bats and reptiles without food and
an uncertain outcome ???
The answer is MEDITATION :::
Meditation is a practice that helps to cope up with depression, fear, anxiety,
stress, feverishness, worry, dilemma, or physical pain.
It's great that the 25 year old coach had practiced Meditation in
monasteries and thus was able to teach meditation to his team in cave
and controlled them and kept them calm, which otherwise might have been
very difficult to keep them alive. This is a situation where most of
any expedition expert would not dare to even think of such expedition...
**Meditation is being in tune with our inner energy source.
**Through meditation, you can calm and develop other areas that is important.
**Meditation is like breaking out of a personal prison and finding Paradise.
**Meditation is -falling in Love with taking care of yourself, Body, Mind and soul.
It should be taken seriously and taught in schools from early childhood
to make children healthy citizen..
