Hey look, a Starfish, or a Sea Star, as marine scientists call them nowadays. Spotted millions of them at the beach, and decided to take a picture. Not sure if this one was dead or alive. I guess it was, anyway, I did throw it back into the sea.
Turns out it's #monochromemonday, so taking part in that! Thanks @old-guy-photos for starting this challenge!

Some interesting facts about Sea Stars or Starfish!
- They have no brain and no blood
- Their nervous system is on their limbs
- There are over 2000 species of Starfish, and the most common are the ones with 5 limbs
- They have an eye on the tip of each limb, but can't see color :(
- They can regenerate their limbs, and sometimes their entire bodies (Terms and conditions apply)
