Small flowers

Small cactus, small flowers
Looking more like fruit than flowers, this cactus plant measured
all of 6 inches tall
Its flowers are maybe about 1 cm in height
One almost misses them if not for its bright red flowers, toned to
almost white at the base of each bloom
