Susan's Monologue from Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby

This was the last monologue I performed before I graduated from IAFT. Yes, I know this very monologue was originated by a woman as the character who originated this monologue was named Susan played by Amy Adams. My mentor, Alex Murphy, thought that this will be a great monologue for me because it was so energetic and passionate. He knew that I could play big and not be afraid of it. I personally had fun with this monologue and I am glad Mr. Alex chose this for me.
