Stormy weather

The rains are still here, even though not as wet as a couple of weeks ago...

Shot these a couple of days ago (for me), or it could be just yesterday (Wednesday) for you!

Storms come and go these days, the rains too... As a result, the weather can be quite cool (25°C) and nice. At least, we're not suffering in sweltering heat!

And I can get cool moody shots like these!

Monochromed this... with a tinge of gunboat grey which is a sort of greenish grey
Somehow I think this tone suits stormy cloud scenes as it comes off moody as ... and also shows off the greys well!

I'm going to move on to colour shots as the strip of colour at the horizon is kinda interesting...
You can see the rains moving in, along that strip
This wasn't late... just about 6pm in the evening
Not even near sunset yet
But darkening fast with those dark clouds over the heavens

Almost monochrome...
except for that orange-ish bit along the horizon

And the storm clouds blow off!
The sky above brightens...
Although it darkens further off into the distance, here where I am at home,
it isn't going to storm
(unless I have a storm hitting me from behind...)
Nope...
we shall live to see another storm-less evening!
