I took this picture at the Aloha Beach Festival in Ventura, California, last evening, thinking I would use it as today's submission for the #MonoMad monochrome photo contest led by @brumest and @monochromes. But, I need a third submission for the B&W Photo Contest which has the theme of "Candid Photography" this round. So, I'm submitting it for both. The B&W Photo Contest is led by @daveks and the guest judge this round is @nolasco. #MonoMad, as mentioned, is led by @brumest and the winners are posted on the Monochomes page.

Lucky shot. The child was playing in front of us while we enjoyed a reggae band. My wife cautioned me to be careful. You never know how parents will react if they see you taking pictures of their kids.
