Saat saya berada disawah saya sempat mengabadikan sebuah foto yang indah yaitu gunung geureudoeng kata orang tua dulu.pegunungan itu tepatnya berada di perbatasan kota takengon dan mempunyai jalan setapak untuk melewatinya.
Dari sanalah para penebang kayu mendapatkan kayu yang keras dan tahan air dengan harga yang cukup fantastis untuk buat rumah yang diangkut dengan mobil trek yang digendong.
