Singapore has lots of trees all over the island. Many are by the side of the road and highway. Many around the housing estates. The trees require quite a bit of maintenance. Other than the leaves falling, some grew too wide of big. So there are always trimming works and this a lot of works. I saw this one happening near where I live. Parts of the road will have to be blocked off. Some kind of crane is usually involved to life the worker up and he will then trim or cut of the branches that extend too long..
