Jalesveva Jayamahe Monument is located at Ujung Madura pier, Surabaya. This monument was built in 1993 by the Indonesian Maritime Maritime Chief of Indonesian Chief of Staff and Admiral TNI Muhammad Arifin. The designer himself is I Nyoman Nuarta.

Above this monument there is a statue depicting the figure of the Navy Officer complete with his official attire. The statue is about 30.6 meters high. Aside from being a monument, this building also serves as a beacon for ships sailing around the sea.
